Meet The Team

Meet the family and friends behind the work. We pride ourselves on building relationships that last, personal service, good communication, and great work. Helping you build that big vision, fit up a more functional space, or solve building problems. When you work with us, we promise commercial construction partners who value teamwork, respect, integrity, and hard work.

    The Leslie Boys

While it’s a bit too early to know if our three boys will feel called into the family business, they already love building things, creative problem-solving, and working as a team.

I started working in the commercial construction industry when I was 18 years old, working for another family-owned business that was passed from one generation to the next. I fell in love with the work in the trenches, alongside guys who have been doing this work their whole lives. They taught me to do it the right way with attention to detail in every phase of the project, creative problem-solving, and relationships people can count on. I founded Leslie Construction on those values.
